At Great Eats and Treats, we believe that food is not just something that fills your stomach but also something that nourishes your soul. That's why we put our heart and soul into every dish we make. We strive to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy a delicious meal.
Our Ingredients
We believe that the quality of our ingredients is what sets us apart. That's why we only use fresh and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. We work with Sustainably farmed practices. Free Range, Organic and Chemical Free. We are Diabetic, Keto, Paleo, Low Carb, GAPS Diet, Gluten, Sugar Free friendly.
Our Chef
Our Chef is an expert in Specialty food Items. Myra is a self taught Chef who had to learn many new ways of food preparation due to her husbands extremely dangerous allergies. Her husband had food sensitivities so bad they sent him to the hospital. After a 20 plus year search working with over 20 Doctors and Medical Systems to find the answers. Food became one of the most important components. Here is the birth of Great Eats and Treats!

WHAT WE DO
WEDDINGS
Weddings are a special time and require that special touch. We can provide that and more. From 5-500 we can accommodate any size Wedding. Our Chef will meet with the decision makers and go over the theme, food prep and location along with the decorations for the design of the food placement. Call us to find out more.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Anniversaries, Parties, Sporting Events, School Events, Reunions and more. That is jus the tip of the iceberg. Our Chef will amaze you with what is possible.
CORPORATE EVENTS
Do you need to impress a customer? Corporate leaders arriving and you need something special? Are you planning a Christmas Party or other special for your employees? Give us a call we are your team.
PARTIES
Birthday parties, Celebrations or any style party we can handle cater for you. There are minimums for these however it is very affordable.
EVERYDAY MEAL PREP
Do you need fitness meal prep? Are you too busy to prep your own meals and just want good food? We can help you. Our customers have utilized us on their weight loss and fitness journey to make it easier for them to focus on their goals. Busy Mom's and Dad's and Single professionals have called upon us to help with their meal prep.
CLASSES
We offer Group and Single Classes to people who want to learn how to cool Southern food, Specialty meals like Keto, Gaps, Paleo, Suger and Gluten Free. It can be very beneficial to learn in person.
SPECIAL DIETS
Not only can we prepare normal food, Southern we can also serve specialty food such as Keto, Paleo, Gluten and Sugar Free, GAPS diet Stage 1, and several others. Don't hesitate to call and ask if we can fix the appropriate food for you.

Working with Myra was the real treat. She was professional, kind, and dependable. The food was delicious and abundant. The cast and crew raved about it, especially the desserts, since we had so many people with allergens and the desserts were all very accommodating to the major allergen groups! I, myself, am allergic to wheat and it was such a difference to be on a film set where I knew I and the staff with allergens could go and eat just about anything at crafty because of Myra’s skill and dedication to respecting allergens. So many productions and caterers just provide some gross alternative dish for the people with allergens if anything at all and give no thought to providing desserts on top of the meal for us. Whether she was making meals, snacks, treats or desserts for one of my film crews, hosting a party for friends or making food for those she loves, the food was not only conscientious of the dietary needs of all involved but somehow she presented both healthy and out of this world delicious delights. As someone who suffers from food allergies, in Myra’s hands, I was blessed to have options that I can’t normally have but somehow she pulls it off and it’s like having the real thing! If I could afford her, I’d hire her to make every meal I eat. I cannot praise her enough and just thinking about it makes me very hungry for what she can do in the kitchen.
