Our Story

Great Eats & Treats was born from a deeply personal journey. Founder and Chef Myra Lochner spent more than two decades navigating her husband's severe food allergies and sensitivities, which often led to serious health complications and hospitalizations. Through years of working alongside doctors, specialists, and healthcare providers, she learned that food could be one of the most powerful tools for supporting health and quality of life.

Determined to create meals that were both safe and enjoyable, Myra immersed herself in specialty cooking techniques and alternative ingredients. What started as a necessity for her own family soon became a calling to help others facing similar challenges.
